On December 12, the reporter learned from the press conference and the launching ceremony of the 8th China (Hunan) International Mineral Gem Expo (hereinafter referred to as the Expo) that the 8th China (Hunan) International Mineral Gem Expo will be held from December 18 to 22, 2020. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, announced the launch of CMGE Cloud.

It was understood that the Expo is hosted by China Mining Federation, Chenzhou Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. and undertaken by Chenzhou Culture and Tourism Industry Co., Ltd. adhering to the tenet of "gathering global resources, creating international brands, expanding exchanges and cooperation, and promoting scientific civilization", and the organizer of "internationalization, specialization, branding, standardization, marketization and industrialization". With the goal of "open, innovative, safe, orderly, effective and wonderful", the exhibition will be held in the form of online and offline integration.

Among them, China (Hunan) International Mineral Gem Expo "cloud" service integrated platform (hereinafter referred to as "CMGE cloud") was mainly used for exhibition and trading. 20 VR panoramic special booths, 500 standard booths, 60 high-quality 3D exhibition pieces and 5000 on-the-shelf trading products were launched, including tourmaline, rhodochrosite, fluorite, malachite, natural gold, aragonite and other high-quality exhibitions. The mineral gem street boutique exhibition of Sports Center, mining history and culture forum and other activities will be held to build the Expo into a mineral gem exhibition with distinctive characteristics and an online and offline exhibition.

The CMGE Cloud Platform launched by this Expo uses advanced technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, blockchain and other advanced technologies to create a comprehensive, authoritative and international public platform integrating mineral gemstone exhibition, conference, science popularization, identification, trading, customs clearance, taxation, mining, mining machinery, cultural tourism promotion and other services.

After the completion of the project, CMGE Cloud can accommodate more than 3000 standard booths (merchants), 60 VR special booths, 60 conference ports, and more than 35000 exhibits. Through the big data platform of CMGE Cloud, it can realize the value-added services such as data collection and analysis, online conference, unified portal, authoritative release, online science and technology, O2O identification and customer classification management, and promote the development and growth of "online display, online communication and online trade".
