Recently, Yongxing County Agricultural Radio and Television School has organized 50 trainees in the training course of modern agricultural comprehensive breeding to carry out theoretical training in the conference room on the 7th floor of the Agricultural Bureau. The 50 trainees came from some large grain farmers and science and technology demonstration households in 15 townships of the county. Compared with the past, the trainees in this training course were generally younger and had a relatively higher education level, including 2 undergraduates, 4 specialists and 23 senior high school students, which a training course with better comprehensive quality in recent years.

In addition to traditional rice high-yield cultivation techniques, identification of rice diseases, insect pests and weeds, green prevention and control techniques, soil testing and formula fertilization techniques, the training course also was added new contents such as "rice +" ecological cultivation techniques, high-yield cultivation techniques of "four prevention and one increase" of ratooning rice, rural e-commerce, quality and etiquette of new professional farmers. In order to improve the quality of cultivation and achieve the best training effect, Yongxing County Agricultural Radio and Television School invited three lecturers, Tang Haoxiang, Shan Guixiang and Duan Manjiao, from the Municipal Agricultural Bureau and the Municipal Polytechnic Institute to give lectures. In addition, the leaders of the Provincial Agricultural Radio and Television School were invited to explain to the trainees the strategic concepts of peasants' entrepreneurship and innovation and rural revitalization.

The training course lasted for 15 days, including 10 days of theoretical teaching and 5 days of practical training. The theoretical teaching was divided into two stages. The first stage of theoretical teaching was completed from January 15 to 19. The practical training courses will be conducted in the field from March to May this year in combination with early rice seedling raising, mechanized transplanting, pest control and so on.

In recent years, Yongxing Agricultural Radio and Television School has actively implemented the policy of benefiting agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture Rural Areas, vigorously cultivated new professional farmers, and played an active role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture in Yongxing County, promoting the circulation of rural land and ensuring national food security.
