Recently, the author saw in Anren County Nanfang Cement Co., Ltd. that the company has built a 2500 t / D new dry process cement production line. The production process adopts centralized control technology of "DCS" system. The annual water consumption is about 600000 tons. The production water is recycled. The wastewater is treated and cooled by the circulating pool and then returned to the sedimentation tank to realize zero pollution and zero discharge of industrial wastewater to become the county's circular economy demonstration line.

In recent years, Anren County has improved the efficiency of water resources utilization as the core, adhered to the principle of combining traditional and non-traditional water resources development, rationally developed surface water, strictly controlled groundwater, used efficiently, optimized allocation and scientific management, vigorously promoted the transformation of water resources from water supply management to water demand management, and from extensive utilization to efficient utilization, strengthened water conservation, protected the ecological environment, and vigorously promoted the recycling of water resources.

To encourage the participation of all people in the recycling of water resources, the county has organized the "sustainable development agenda" in 2030, Xi Jinping's "development of ecological civilization", "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" and so on.
