Recently, members of Datang Base of Guidong County, Longping Grain Cooperative, snatched rice in the intermittent autumn rain. At present, it is the harvest stage of mid season rice which is in urgent need of harvest. Under the weather conditions of continuous autumn rain in recent years, Guidong County has made every effort to mobilize harvesters and other equipment and labor to harvest rice grains to the warehouse. It was reported that there are 125000 mu of middle season rice sown in Guidong County, of which about 10 percent have been harvested.
