On October 31, at the "cultural moistening Xinjiang, enriching people and rejuvenating Xinjiang - Hunan trip, Turpan investment promotion project promotion and Hunan Xinjiang aid 'red pomegranate' brand promotion meeting" held in Changsha, Hunan Province, 6 investment promotion projects were signed in Tuokxun County, Turpan City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with a total amount of 7.908 billion yuan. Kerjian Village, Kerjian Town, Tuokexun County, Turpan City, and Shazhou Yao Village, Wenming Yao Township, Rucheng County, Chenzhou City, signed a framework agreement on the joint construction of ethnic unity and rural revitalization. 

Six signed investment projects are as follows: construction project of Jiumu forestry edible fungus poverty alleviation industrial park, integrated operation project of scenery storage and sand industry, deep processing and storage logistics project of agricultural and sideline products in Tuokexun County, UAV production and sales project in Tuokexun County, environmental protection and energy saving shared motorcycle project in Tuokexun County, and comprehensive utilization project of crop straw energy in Turpan city. After the completion of these projects, they will effectively promote the industrial quality and efficiency improvement, promote the transformation of development momentum, promote the sales of local agricultural products, serve the people's livelihood and build a new development pattern.

Kerjian Village is a famous tourist village in Tuokexun County. There are strange stone forest, Red River Valley, stone carved water system map and other famous scenic spots in Xinjiang. Red culture resources are enriched and red tourism is hot. General Secretary Xi Jinping visited the village this year. After signing the co construction agreement, the two villages will take the opportunity of the third central Xinjiang work forum and comprehensively promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, give full play to their respective advantages, make full use of the tourism resources and red cultural resources of the two places, deeply implement the project of communication and integration, and jointly build the demonstration village of national unity and rural revitalization.
