Yi Pengfei pointed out that Chenzhou transportation should closely follow the theme of high-quality development, further strengthen the foundation and make up for the shortcomings, and be a good pioneer in writing a new chapter of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Zeng Sheng, Deputy Director of Provincial Department of Transportation, Zhou Zirong and other leaders attended the meeting.

In recent years, centering on the goal of building people's satisfactory transportation, our city has actively invested in the pilot project of building a "transportation power", comprehensively created a demonstration city of urban-rural transportation integration, accelerated the construction of a modern comprehensive transportation system with interconnection, people's convenience and material flow, "four good rural roads" construction, road network projects, urban-rural passenger transportation integration, safe production, overload control, freight and material transportation, to provide a strong transportation service guarantee for the realization of "six stabilities" and "six guarantees".

 
Yi Pengfei said that under great pressure during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, Chenzhou's transportation has achieved remarkable development results, which fully reflects the Provincial Department of Transportation's attention to Chenzhou's economic and social development and strong support for Chenzhou's transportation work. It was hoped to continue to give key support during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.

He pointed out that we should speed up the construction of major transportation projects, start the capacity expansion projects of Suining-Guangxi Expressway and Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway as soon as possible, strive to start Jiangxi-Chenzhou-Yongzhou-Guilin Railway and other projects as soon as possible, pay attention to the Beihu Airport interchange of Guixin Expressway, Chenzhou South Interchange and Yizhang North interchange of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway to improve the overall benefit of road network; should promote the road network connection projects of key industries, and improve the road network of Ruchengzhou Shazhou and other key scenic spots' external access projects to form "green + Red" boutique tourism routes, improve Chenzhou's modern transportation and logistics hub system, and help the development of Chenzhou Area of Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone; should pay close attention to the traffic and people's livelihood projects, and build a complete set of highway crossroads; should attach great importance to traffic safety production to ensure the safety of people's travel.

Zeng Sheng said that Chenzhou, as the "South Gate" of Hunan, the "Bridgehead" of reform and opening up, and the "South Area" of Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone, has adhered to the principle of first trial and high-quality development and taken the lead in the province. The Provincial Department of Transportation will spare no effort to continue to support the construction of Chenzhou Expressway and trunk road network. The Beihu Airport interchange and connecting line project will be included in the construction investment scope of Guidong-Xintian Expressway.The south Interchange of Chenzhou will be reserved in the expansion project of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway. The increased cost of Yizhang North interchange of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway will be included in the expansion project budget, and the high wall of 107 national highway will be included in the expansion project. The overpass project, S346 Shazhou-Lingxiu Highway in Rucheng County and S205 Zixing Huangcao-Rucheng Lingxiu Highway were included in the "14th Five-Year Plan" of the province, and were given financial subsidies.
