It was reported that “happy xiaoxiang”- Suxianling singing activity was started on July 7, 2013. This activity was held by Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee, Suxian District Department of Cultural Affairs, and Suxianling Park Management Office. Thousands of the sinning lovers and tourists gathered in the opening ceremony to enjoy the art of singing on that day.
