Zhou Yingchun investigated Chenzhou Media Group

It was reported that Zhou Yingchun- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Minister of Chenzhou Municipal Propaganda Ministry investigated Chenzhou Media Group on January 21, 2014. Zhou required that further reform and innovation should highlighted by the media group and all work handled by the departments should be focused on reform and innovation as well. 

In 2013, great achievements were achieved by the media group, especially on the cultural well-being projects, key cultural projects construction, public cultural service system construction, mass cultural activities, etc. The media group would keep working on contributing to construction of strong culture city.

Zhou highly affirmed the media group’s sound work in 2013 and stated that the group should pay more efforts on reform and innovation and keep implementing management by projects, deepening the reform of public institutions, promoting construction of “free reading room”, fighting for the development of culture issues, establishing modern public service system, and accelerating cultural industries development.
