In order to meet the first national cultural and natural heritage day in 2017, promote exchanges and mutual learning of intangible cultural heritage protection work between Chenzhou and brother cities and show the unique charm of the intangible cultural heritages, the "homologous HsiangRiver, same rooted cultural" 3 Intangible Cultural Heritages Tour at second place (Chenzhou) which was hosted by Bureaus of Culture, Broadcasting, Television, Press and Publication, and undertook by Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Centers in Chenzhou，Xiangtan and Yongzhou City was held in the classical theatre of Hunan Kunqu Opera Troupe on June 3.

It was reported that the State Council has established the second Saturday of June as the "Cultural Heritage Day" since 2006. In 2016, the State Council revised the "Cultural Heritage Day" to the "Cultural and Natural Heritage Day". The June 10 this year is the first "Cultural and Natural Heritage Day" after revised, and the theme is the "intangible cultural heritages protection - the vivid practice of inheritance and development ".

This tour has selected 11 intangible cultural heritage exhibition events set local, artistic, and ornamental as one in 3 cities and will display the Hunan culture with most wonderful performance and most local features to Chenzhou people.
