In October 30th, the 7th "Wuling Sunset" old mass chorus finals were held in the City Radio and Television Center. Chenzhou Cadre University Chorus and Chenzhou Cadre Art Troupe won the first prizes. Municipal leaders Pang Tao, Pan Zhikun and old comrade Wang Zhenxin watched the competition.
