This year is the 55th anniversary of "learn from Comrade Lei Feng", the inscription of Comrade Mao Zedong. The Establishment Congress of the Chenzhou Federation of Voluntary Service, learning from Lei Feng's Voluntary Service activities in 2018 and the opening ceremony of Chenzhou Good Person Day were held in the People's Hall of the Municipal Party Committee on the morning of March 5th.

The event will last for 3 days, including the good person theme forum, the "people like forests" tree planting activities in Feitian Mountain, the forum on "carrying forward the spirit of half-quilt and striving to be good person in the new era" and other theme acuities, which aims to establish the "volunteer service" and "good person day" as a bright spot and lasting brand of Chenzhou civilized city.
