On June 21, Chen Hong, a famous domestic painter from Shaoyang, was invited to carry out voluntary teaching for more than 70 teachers of Party members in Linwu County, discuss the theme of "carrying forward traditional culture and enhancing national self-confidence" with present Party members and teach traditional Chinese painting knowledge.

The teaching activities fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the Party branch members of the school, and inspired them to inherit the fine traditions of Chinese traditional culture and push forward the development of school aesthetic education.

Chen Hong is good at painting fish and many works were selected for award in domestic and foreign competitions, known as the "God of Chinese Fish".
