From April 10 to 12, Liu Dan, Standing Committee of Jiahe County Committee and Minister of Propaganda Department, led the relevant personnel of propaganda department, TV station, newspaper, news center and informationization office to visit Chibi City of Hubei Province, Wangcheng District of Changsha City and Yongxing County of Chenzhou City to study the construction of county-level Melted Media.

During the investigation, the group visited the production and dispatching command centers of county-level Melted Media in Chibi City, Wangcheng District and Yongxing County, listened to the introduction of system functions such as clue collection, topic selection, thematic management and terminal dispatching, and understood in detail the aspects of construction investment, system operation, facilities maintenance, technical support and resource integration, as well as the content, operating effect, news gathering, editing and broadcasting of Melted Media Center since its establishment, and the future development direction. They also watched the command center's live connection with foreign reporters, and experienced the convenient and efficient instant transmission effect of melted media images and video.

After the investigation, Liu Dan immediately divided the tasks among the members of the investigation group and asked them to summarize and refine the good experiences and practices of the Melted Media Centers in Chibi City, Wangcheng District and Yongxing County after returning. Liu also requested that we should study the advanced experience in the construction of Melted Media Centers of Chibi City, Wangcheng District and Yongxing County, emancipate our minds, broaden our minds, set up business ideas, improve the assessment system, seize the great opportunity of county-level melted media, and apply the good experience and good practices learned from this investigation to the construction of Melted Media Centers to promote the reform of county-level melted media in Jiahe County and push the propaganda and ideological work of the whole county to a new level.
