Recently, the general Party branch committee of Chenzhou Vocational and Technical College and the general Party branch committee of Tourism Department came to  Huang Kecheng's former residence to carry out the theme Party day activity of "stepping on the red footprints and inheriting the revolutionary spirit".

All the Party members visited the former residence of General Huang Kecheng and the exhibition room of his life and achievements, and listened to the commentator's explanation in detail. We have a close understanding of Huang Kecheng's indomitable military career, his selfless character of hard work and plain living, his unyielding character, and his broad feelings of adhering to the truth and seeking truth from facts. We deeply feel the fearless revolutionary spirit of the older generation of revolutionaries, such as General Huang Kecheng, who worked hard and selflessly for the Party's revolution and construction. All the Party members reviewed the pledge to join the Party and expressed their desire and determination to fight for the cause of the Party for life in the face of the bright red party flag.

After the micro Party class, the Party members then had a heated discussion. Everyone talked about the fine style and political character embodied in General Huang Kecheng, which is a fine tradition cultivated and formed collectively by the older generation of Communists, and is a very precious family treasure of our party. Through learning the noble character and style of the revolutionary predecessors, they can accept the baptism and sublimation of the soul, and further stimulate the sense of responsibility and mission. They said that we must earnestly study and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with practical actions, be based on their posts and be brave in taking responsibility.

The theme Party day activity was carefully organized and arranged by the Tourism Product Research and Development Institute of the school's tourism public service and management department. It is a new attempt for the Department to innovate teaching ideas, break through the traditional teaching mode, and enable students to effectively improve their tourism reception ability and tour guide service ability in the open teaching time and space under the guidance of professional teachers.
