Chenzhou Youth Palace, located in the east of Wuling Square, the construction area of about 10,000 square meters, was built in December 2016, setting 5 large education bases of young people's socialist core values, youth defense, youth fire safety, youth volunteer service and youth art interest, and creating the Chinese dance, folk dance, vocal music, piano, calligraphy, Go and other 24 functional projects, which is the largest public welfare outdoor education activities base and the core position of ideological and moral construction for minors in our city.

The responsible person Chen Xiao introduced that the City Youth Palace is the only young socialist core values education base in Hunan Province and the theme venues display four themes of "history Chenzhou", "party history Chenzhou", "human Chenzhou" and "the most beautiful Chenzhou" in illustrative form, free access to the majority of young people throughout the year, receiving a total of 100 thousand visitors.
