On the morning of February 3, Changsha Yali Middle School and Hunan Chenya International Education Management Co., Ltd. signed an agreement on cooperation in running schools (hereinafter referred to as the agreement), which marks the formal entry of Changsha Yali Middle School into Chenzhou to carry out cooperation in running schools. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and Liu Weichao, principal of Changsha Yali Middle School, attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech.

According to the agreement, the project site of Chenzhou Yali School is located at the intersection of Fenghuang Road and Xiangshanping Road in Chenzhou High-tech Zone, covering an area of about 160 mu, with 100 classes and 5000 students. It is planned to build new teaching building, office building, science and art building, library, academic lecture hall, gymnasium, canteen, student apartment and supporting facilities, with a construction area of 100000 square meters. The total investment of the project is planned to be 500 million yuan. It is planned to be completed in 2021 and put into use in September 2021.
