On November 29, the First High Quality Agricultural Products Fair in Hunan-Jiangxi Border Region and the 2019 Hunan (Chenzhou) 5th Agricultural Products Expo were held in Chenzhou Convention and Exhibition Center. The Expo aimed to deepen the regional cooperation and exchange between Hunan and Jiangxi, promote the establishment of a long-term mechanism between the production and marketing sides, and form a stable purchase and sales relationship.

At the opening ceremony, the signing ceremony of key agricultural projects in Chenzhou was held. Liao Manzhu, Director of Chenzhou Forestry Bureau, attended the event and signed the Yian endowment service project in Yizhang, Hunan Province, with a signed amount of 300 million yuan. The project will be constructed in three phases. The first phase is located in Fatang, the right main channel of huangcen reservoir in Yizhang County. At present, a health building has been built. The second phase is located in Hongqiao, Shui Village, Yuxi Town. The third phase is located in Dishuidai, Qitianling. The completion of the project will be conducive to the development of the elderly care service industry in Yizhang County, and the elderly will be supported and happy.

In this exhibition, the Municipal Forestry Bureau organized 13 provincial and municipal leading forestry enterprises to participate in the exhibition. The exhibition products included camellia oil, bamboo and wood crafts, honey, native eggs, kidney fruits, Pueraria noodles, oranges and other special forest products, appraised by the citizen. According to the evaluation of 164 characteristic agricultural product organizations by the Organizing Committee of the Agricultural Expo, Gegen noodles of Hunan Forest Mugeyou Agricultural Industry Development Co., Ltd, honey of Chenzhou Fengshang Honey, bamboo crafts of Hunan Zhuangxin Zhusen Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., native eggs of Zixing professional cooperative, tea oil of Chenzhou Haoxiang Agricultural and Forestry Industry Co., Ltd., and Yongxing Yuanhe Oil Tea Co., Ltd. and navel orange of Hunan Shenle Ecological Manor Co., Ltd. won the title of gold medal agricultural products.
