On the morning of June 12, 2020, Xu Huaihao, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor, presided over the scheduling meeting of strengthening vocational skills training in Chenzhou City at the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security.  The NPC and CPPCC Secretary General's important task is to thoroughly implement the important discussion on occupation education and the spirit of the "Two Sessions" in the whole country, analyze the current occupation skill training work in our city, give full play to the main role of occupation training to promote employment and steady employment, and arrange for the next step to strengthen occupation skill training work in vocational schools. 27 units including Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Municipal Bureau of Finance and Chenzhou Technician College attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Comrade Liu Mingfa, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, dispatched the current vocational skills training work in the whole city, and deployed the next stage of work.
 

Vice Mayor Xu Huaihao stressed that it is imperative to integrate vocational skills training resources. In the work, we should break the rules and shackles, strengthen cooperation, coordinate the development of "big vocational education", establish a "large contingent" of teachers, and carry out "big summary" of data. At the same time, it is necessary to seek innovation in the training mode, adhere to the market-oriented, open school running, and completely abandon the idea of making cars behind closed doors and following the old ways; should adhere to the improvement of teaching quality as the core, take the quality of education as the lifeline of vocational training, and promote the connection between talent training and enterprise demand; should adhere to the characteristics of development as a breakthrough, combine with the overall layout of the city's industrial development, and strive to create a number of outstanding advantages and distinctive training brands. All relevant departments need to actively cooperate, and must take vocational skill training as an important measure of "stabilizing employment" and "ensuring residents' employment", so as to make positive contributions to the city's economic and social development, especially the work of "three promotion years".
