Recently, the construction of Linwu-Lianzhou (Hunan Guangdong border) Expressway started. This highway is a convenient channel connecting Henglin Expressway and Guangzhou Lianyungang Expressway. The construction of this project is to strengthen the connection of Hunan and Guangdong, improve the layout of inter provincial corridor, and build a new convenient and fast channel from Hunan to the Pearl River Delta.
The Linwu-Lianzhou (Hunan Guangdong boundary) Expressway Project in Hunan Province starts from Caojiaben Village in the southwest of Huangsha Town, Yizhang County, and connects with Henglin Expressway along the line. Caojiaben hub is set to complete the interchange function between the project and Henglin expressway, and then a tunnel is set to cross Zhangjiachong. The line continues to go south and is connected with Guangzhou Lianyungang Expressway, both of which are located in Yizhang County. According to the preliminary design approval, the total length of the main line is 5.609km. It adopts the standard of two-way six lane expressway, with a design speed of 100km / h and a subgrade width of 33.5m.
According to the preliminary design approval, there are 3 bridges in total for the main line, with a total length of 512m and 2425m / 1 tunnel. The proportion of bridges and tunnels to the length of the route is 52.4 percent . One interchange is set up along the whole line.
The construction period of the project is 3 years. The approved amount of the preliminary design budget is 1.260 billion yuan, and the proportion of capital is 20 percent of the total investment of the project.
The project adopts BOT + self construction mode. The joint venture of CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. and China Highway Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd. won the bid to jointly establish a project company for investment, construction and operation. The equity structure of the project company is that CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering accounts for 75 percent of the equity, and China Highway Engineering Consulting Groupaccounts for 25 percent.
