Up to now, Chenzhou City has completed 324,500 ETC installation vehicles, exceeding 111.13 percent of the annual plan in 2019. In order to actively promote the cancellation of expressway toll stations in our province and realize the fast toll collection without stopping, according to the "Implementation plan of deepening the reform of toll road system in Chenzhou City, canceling the provincial toll stations of expressway and accelerating the application and service of electronic fast toll collection on expressway", Chenzhou Management Office of Hunan Expressway Group Co., Ltd. has taken the initiative to take multiple measures, and has shouldered the issuance and service work of ETC of the whole city's expressways with various bank outlets.

According to the deployment of the Provincial Expressway Group Company, Chenzhou Management Office should provide online and offline channel distribution service, and increase the installation outlets, relying on the expressway service area and the entrance and exit square of toll station and other vehicle concentration places, so as to facilitate the public's convenient and free installation nearby; should enrich the promotion methods, make full use of the media, electronic display screen, release color pages, post posters and other forms, publicize the significance of ETC in convenient transportation, energy conservation and emission reduction, and improve the highway traffic rate, and strengthen the publicity and interpretation of the policies related to the cancellation of provincial toll stations on expressways and the realization of fast toll collection without parking; should strengthen the training, further improve the recognition of the masses for ETC management, enhance the management intention and ensure the successful completion of ETC promotion tasks.
