Recently, Jiangsu Zhongnan Construction Group Shanghai Investment Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongnan Construction Investment") and Qianmo Technology Group Chenzhou Huashun Automobile Transportation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huashun Company") signed a cooperation framework agreement to jointly promote the integrated construction of urban and rural passenger transport in our city and help the transportation power and rural revitalization. This is an innovative measure for Chenzhou to introduce private capital into public transport infrastructure construction.

It was understood that the cooperation between Zhongnan Construction Investment and Huashun Company will focus on the integration of urban and rural transportation, supplemented by other industries, develop the integrated market of urban and rural transportation, create a new mode of intelligent and integrated urban and rural transportation construction, management, maintenance and operation, strive for the industry benchmark, and promote the sustainable development of China's transportation industry.

Since 2017, Huashun Company has been committed to the integrated construction of rural public transport in Beihu District, adopting PPP mode, with a total investment of about 332 million yuan. The construction content includes the improvement and reconstruction of rural public transport lines, the construction of highway safety facilities and passenger stations, small initial and terminal stations, passenger greeting stations, cross lane construction and the purchase of new energy buses.

At present, 35 rural public transport operation lines are under construction, totaling 147.78 km; 35 rural public transport operation lines have been opened, with about 220 daily operation shifts, playing a good leading role in demonstration and becoming a model for urban and rural public transport integration construction.

Next, our city will accelerate the integration of urban and rural transportation infrastructure, urban and rural passenger transport services, and urban and rural freight logistics services. We will improve urban and rural transportation infrastructure, promote the coordinated development of urban and rural transportation, realize the equalization of basic public services, accelerate the building of a modern comprehensive transportation system to fully meet the travel needs of the people.
