When reporters arrived at Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, many merchants were busy in decorating their booths.

Zixing Heshun Consumable Items Co., Ltd. finished their decoration within one hour, and was cleaning their booth when reporters arrived there. It was stated by one of the staffs of the company that the company attended 2013 China (Zhuhai) International Printing Supplies Expo days earlier, compared with that one, Chenzhou city’s exhibition quality was with similar level.

In Hengyang exhibition zone, some of the key stands for the major enterprises have been completed. It was introduced by the principal of Hengyang Economy and Information Commission that all the 69 exhibitors of Hengyang city have started their decoration work.

Staffs of Yongzhou exhibition zone were busy as well.

Concerned for the special exhibition area, all the 15 special stands have been fulfilled.

Deng Shuping- Deputy Director of Chenzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce said to the reporters: “All 350 exhibitors have started their exhibition work on the 400 standard stands and 15 special stands. According to the progress, most of the stands would be finished this night. All of them would be completed before 18:00 of November 26, 2013 when the center closes.”

Deng also stated that water, electricity, air conditioning and other facilities have been installed and tested well, and hundreds of volunteers and securities have taken their places as well.
