It was learned from the scheduling conference for Chenzhou urban area’s infrastructure construction that 6.18billion yuan investment has been finished on the infrastructure construction, covering 31.5% of annual plan. It was the highest one compared with last three years’ level. As required on the conference, more efforts should be placed on the promotion of projects construction in this golden construction season.

It was learned that till the end of this May, 6 projects as reorganization and expansion of water supply network, construction of sewage pipe network in urban central area of Chenyong Avenue (Suxian district section), and etc. have been completed or have been finished the annual investment plan; 7 projects as Taiyangcheng road, upgrading of the road in industrial parks, and etc. have been finished 50% work or more. But because lacking of funds, poor improvement of land requisition, removal of road lines, and some other defective reasons, some projects were promoted slowly. On the basis of the projects practical condition, 10 projects as Jiuzitang road, Xuxiang east road, Xiangnan comprehensive market and others were reviewed and scheduled on the conference. The relative units presented their solutions and time schedule on solving the problems accordingly.

Zhang Yangping- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City pointed out that it was the golden season for construction currently, so all relative units should check the problems hindered on the way of further promotion of the projects construction and try best to solve them at the soonest time to ensure the projects to be fulfilled on time.
