It was learned from Guiyang Housing Bureau that Liufeng town and Zhangshi town of Guiyang county were listed in “notice for promotion of the supplement of national key towns”which was released by seven departments as the State Housing and Urban-rural Construction Ministry, National Development and Reform Commission, and etc.

According to the notice, 3675towns were enrolled into the list which was a supplement and adjustment for the list of 2004. Followed the requirements and procedures of the notice, Liufeng town and Zhangshi town were recommended by Guiyang county. It was pointed out on the notice that the national key towns were the key and leading points for the small town construction, which played important roles on the promotion of new urbanization strategy, undertaking industrial transfer, relief of urban pressure, and etc.

It was introduced that Guiyang Rongjian Investment Co., Ltd. was founded by Guiyang Housing Bureau with registered capitals off 100million yuan in the end of this July. It was a solely state-owned company directly subordinated to Guiyang Government. This company is with independent corporate capacity, perfect corporate institute, and sound modern corporate system, which is capable to handle enterprise operation and performance management. This company would be helpful to provide a platform for the financing of the demonstration towns construction of Guiyang county, especially the two national key towns.
