The list of "the national comprehensive strength thousand towns in 2017" was published and Liufeng Town in Guiyang County was listed.

Liufeng Town is located in the northwest of Guiyang County, at the junction of Chenzhou, Hengyang and Yongzhou City, which is the traffic hub of the northern of Guiyang County, known as the "famous pool in southern Hunan" and the "famous e-commerce town".

Basic information:

Liufeng e-commerce town leading group and e-commerce office have been established. The development plan of e-commerce industry in Liufeng town has been initially completed and the upgrading and rebuilding projects of old cities have been completed, with a total investment of about 130 million yuan; the main project of the e-commerce city phase I (Liufeng new town) has been basically completed, with a total investment of 380 million yuan; the river regulation works in the Cuijiang River are under construction, with a total investment of about 20 million yuan; the sewage treatment plant is about to be formally built, with the total investment of about 20 million yuan; Litouling Park (Rocky Desertification Park) has completed the construction of the first phase of the plaza with an investment of 15 million yuan and an estimated total investment of 50 million yuan; the public rental housing project is in the early stage of planning and design, with an estimated investment of about 10 million yuan; the e-commerce Street project is under design and budget with a total investment of about 2 million yuan; the project of upgrading the urban road is expected to start with a total investment of 20 million yuan.

The project construction lacks funds and financing is very difficult.

Work plan and suggestions:

The town will strive to develop e-commerce, focus on the construction of four sub-project areas: e-commerce incubator, e-commerce trade zone, warehouse logistics park and product processing zone. Through the development and promotion of e-commerce, Liufeng Town will become the largest e-commerce town in the whole city and even in the whole province. The town will also increase investment in Liufeng market and promote the expansion and improvement of Banqiao, Zhangmu and Sizhou market.
