On the afternoon of June 10, the energy saving technology promotion and project docking meeting of public institutions in Hunan Province were held in Chenzhou. About 300 contract energy management experts, representatives of energy saving and emission reduction projects, and enterprise representatives from all over the country shared energy-saving technologies and negotiated the cooperation projects.

The docking meeting was one of the main activities of the 2018 CESEXPO, and our city signed 3 strategic cooperation agreements and projects with related enterprises at the meeting. The Leading Group Office on Energy Saving of Chenzhou Municipal Public Institutions signed the "Strategic Framework Agreement on Promoting Energy-saving and New Energy Development of Chenzhou Public Institutions" with State Grid Hunan Integrated Energy Service Co., Ltd. and CGN New Energy Hunan Branch. After the project signing, the State Grid Hunan Integrated Energy Service Co., Ltd. will provide consulting, investment and construction services to the energy saving reconstruction projects of public institutions, and the CGN Hunan Branch will invest and develop new energy construction projects of public institutions in our city, with the total expecting investment of 4 billion yuan.

The relevant government departments of Anren County and Hunan Dongyou Water Vapor Energy Conservation Co., Ltd. signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Promoting the Establishment of National Economized Public Institutions Demonstration Unit in Anren County" to improve the energy utilization efficiency of public institutions in Anren County and practice the road of green sustainable development.

Anren Yutan Experimental School and CGN New Energy Hunan Branch signed the "Anren Yutan Experimental School Photovoltaic Power Generation Project", which is the first photovoltaic power generation project on a large scale by using unused school roofs. The total installed capacity is estimated to be 10 MW, and the total investment of the project is about 80 million yuan. After the completion and commissioning of the project, it can generate about 10 million degrees of electricity annually. Compared with the use of thermal power generation about 10,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions and 300 tons of sulfur dioxide emissions can be reduced each year, which has good social benefits and energy saving and emission reduction benefits.

At the docking meeting, the experts from Hunan University, China Greening Foundation, Haier Central Air-conditioning and other universities and institutions, experts and enterprise leaders, gave speeches on the scientific promotion of contract energy management projects, energy saving technologies and application cases of public institutions, and the significance of roof greening to the energy efficiency of public buildings. Provincial municipal government departments carried out the cooperation and docking on energy saving transformation projects with participating enterprises.
