It was learned that the project with 140 million investments - Bashang road, Zeyuan road and the east section of Tongxin road- was fulfilled on September 7, 2012. Its completion ceremony was held on the same day.

Among the three roads, Bashang road, 736.236 meters long and 24 meters wide was invested with 38.26 million yuan, Zeyuan road with 1240 meters long and 18 meters wide invested with 21.85 million yuan, while the east section of Tongxing road with 2289 meters long and 30 meters wide gained 84.63 million yuan investment.

It will greatly help to ease the central city traffic pressure with this perfection of road net. The east section of Tongxin road, which is the key road for the net will promote Chenzhou’s visibility and boost the construction of Chenzhou’s western city.
