Hunan province county economy work conference will be held in Chenzhou city on October 30, 2012. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee took an on-site scheduling control visit to the conference, and required that departments at all levels should make good preparation to greet the conference and make it successfully held in Chenzhou

Xiang Lili led a team to visit Zixing city, Suxian district, Chenzhou non-ferrous industrial park (Chenzhou export processing industrial park) and instructed detailed preparatory work for the conference. Xiang also checked the detailed work like environment improvement, visiting routines, content arrangements, emergency plans, etc. handled by some visiting spots of the county economy conference.

Xiang pointed out that the county economy work conference is a high level and important conference in Hunan. It can be helpful to show Chenzhou image, upgrade Chenzhou popularity, highlight features of Chenzhou county economy, share the working experience with different cities and promote a sound and rapid development of Chenzhou county economy.

Xiang required that the environmental remediation and beautification especially the cleaning work along Chenzhou road should be further improved with better greening. The decoration and greening work should be upgraded in visiting spots with a better visiting condition. Narrators should be assorted and signs should be set for all the visiting spots to create a good atmosphere.

Xiang emphasized that leadership should be enforced to make rational management and assign relative responsibility; working solutions should be refined to perfect all the details and ensure security; services should be optimized to try every effort to ensure the conference held successfully in Chenzhou.
