However, compared with the developed coastal areas of Guangdong, there are still many tasks to be done to further optimize the business environment, deepen exchanges and cooperation with GBA urban agglomeration, and form the comparative advantage of Chenzhou's development.

We need to build a transparent and efficient government environment, build a "highway" for project approval, and comprehensively implement a common seal for management and approval; accelerate the establishment of "multi compliance in one" business collaboration platform, implement "one blueprint" to clarify project construction conditions, "one system" to accept and approve supervision, "one window" to provide comprehensive services, "one form" to integrate application materials, "one mechanism" to standardize the approval operation mechanism.

We also need to build a high-quality industrial development environment, reasonably guide the industrial transfer from GBA, enter the park according to the park's dislocation development plan, and promote the park's characteristics and clustering; build a good environment for scientific and technological innovation and a fair and just environment for the rule of law.
