According to Ye Jingtao, Chenzhou City is the "bridgehead" of Hunan's opening up to the south, with unique agricultural resources, initial scale of industrial base, initial achievements in the establishment of agricultural brands, and broad prospects for the development of agricultural industry. The group plans to invest in the construction of a modern agricultural complex in Chenzhou and strive to build a high-quality agricultural product supply platform in the GBA.

At the symposium with the investigation group, Zou Wenhui pointed out that to build a platform for the supply of high-quality agricultural products in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao is an important measure for Chenzhou to implement the revitalization of rural industries and an inevitable requirement for the realization of agricultural products going out of Chenzhou. Zou Wenhui stressed that in order to accelerate the construction of the project, a leading group and a work promotion group should be set up to effectively strengthen organizational leadership, form a working force and optimize the administrative environment. We should take the initiative to strengthen the communication and docking with the project owner, establish a normalized liaison mechanism, timely solve the problems existing in the early stage of the project, and strive for the project to be implemented as soon as possible. According to the actual situation of Chenzhou and the actual needs of Kingsky Group Macao, the project location should be determined as soon as possible.
