Through the comprehensive docking with Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area, Chenzhou City has stepped up its efforts to undertake industrial transfer, striving to attract more than 600 new industrial projects, more than 30 top 500 projects and more than 10 whole industrial chains from 2019 to 2021, including more than 20 projects with an investment of 5 billion yuan, contract performance rate and operation rate of investment promotion projects reaching more than 80 percent, and the annual average growth of the actual use of foreign capital in the city is more than 10 percent , and the annual growth of domestic investment in place is over 10 percent.

Our city has basically formed 11 industrial clusters, including graphite new materials, big data, navigation, modern agriculture, modern logistics, gems stone, cultural tourism and health care, chemical industry, silver intensive processing, electronic information, intelligent equipment manufacturing, etc. Each county and city has formed 1-2 leading characteristic industries, and Chenzhou has initially become a "leading wild goose" in undertaking industrial transfer in the central and western regions, a demonstration area for cooperation between the central region and Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, a pilot area for replication of reform and innovation experience, and an important "growth pole" for the rise of Hunan.
