On the afternoon of November 29, "Xiangganhong" brand agricultural products promotion and "Xiangjiangyuan" vegetable brand promotion activities were held in the basketball hall of the City Sports Center. At the promotion meeting, "Xiangjiangyuan" vegetable public brand was released, and 32 enterprises were authorized to use the brand. Through the promotion and use of the brand, Southern Hunan District will be build into an important production and supply base of "vegetable basket" in the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Great Bay Area.
Liu Zhiren - Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and mayor, Ou Yanghuang - Deputy Secretary General of the Provincial Government, Wan Guogen - first-class inspector of Jiangxi Agricultural and Rural Department, Ma Yanqing, Deputy Director of the Provincial Agricultural and Rural Department, and municipal leaders Zou Wenhui, Li Ting, Chen Rongwei and Chen Fangmin participated in the event.
"Xiangjiangyuan" vegetable public brand is led by Hunan Agricultural and Rural Department and jointly built by Yongzhou, Chenzhou, Hengyang and Provincial Vegetable Association. "Xiangjiangyuan" brand has taken "one circle, two belts" layout as the core, "three excellent and four special" category as the key, and "leading core area of vegetable brand in the whole province, docking pilot area, green fine production demonstration area, and industrial integration development pilot area" as the functional orientation, and built a batch of green, fine and efficient vegetable production bases in Yongzhou, Chenzhou and Hengyang for Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
The promotion activities will further accelerate the coordinated development of modern agriculture in the border areas of Hunan and Jiangxi and the southern areas of Hunan by creating two regional public brands of "Xiangganhong" and "Xiangjiangyuan", comprehensively improve the brand awareness, value and quality benefits of agricultural products in these two areas, help the masses get rid of poverty and become rich, and promote the overall implementation level of the rural revitalization strategy in Hunan and Jiangxi provinces.
This activity focused on the promotion of agricultural products in the border area of Hunan and Jiangxi provinces, such as Youxian dried bean curd in Zhuzhou City, Hezi Sizhen in Yongxin County, Ji'an City, and Yizhang navel orange in Yizhang County, Chenzhou City. Chenzhou City also introduced the key agricultural projects such as Guiyang County agricultural characteristic town, Anren County traditional Chinese medicine, Linwu County taro, Zixing City Dongjiang fish, Rucheng County tea, etc. There were 11 high-quality agricultural products production and marketing docking projects, with a signed amount of 172 million yuan, and 62 agricultural products production and marketing docking projects in Chenzhou City, with a signed amount of 585 million yuan.
