On December 10, a screenplay seminar was held in Chenzhou Radio and Television Station. The film was jointly prepared by Chenzhou Radio and Television Station, Hunan Liangjiang Film Industry Co., Ltd., Hunan Liangjiang Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. and Beijing Xingzong Cultural Media Co., Ltd. the script positioning and creative ideas of "Way Out" were discussed in detail at the meeting. They have made specific arrangements for the preparatory work in the early stage, striving to shoot excellent film and television works with the best creative and professional team, tell the red story and inherit the red gene. 

The movie "Way Out" is based on the theme of "w.here is the way out" written by Mao Zedong and Zhu De in the Shazhou of Rucheng. It is written around the revolutionary historical story of the Red Army in Chenzhou and Rucheng. The film presents the fighting scenes of the Red Army's Long March breaking through the second blockade, the Qingshizhai barrage and the Baizhangling barrage. It is interspersed with the moving stories of "half quilt" and "one borrowing certificate", vividly reappears the revolutionary spirit of the Red Army in the Long March, highlights the wise decision-making of Mao Zedong and Zhu De in terms of culture and military strategy, and determines the successful way out for the Chinese people's liberation.

Hunan Liangjiang Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. has disclosed that the company plans to launch the red plan in Rucheng Shazhou, shooting a song MTV "Shazhou Trip", shooting a film "Way Out" and investing in the development of a project "Liangjiang Red Cultural Tourism Area". The red film and television shooting base in the project is based on the shooting scene of the movie "Way Out", and is a red film and television shooting base jointly built by Chenzhou Radio and Television Station.

Representatives from the Publicity Department of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee, the Party History Research Office of the CPC Committee, Rucheng County Party Committee, Chenzhou Music and Culture Association, Rucheng County History Office, Chenzhou Song and Dance Troupe and other relevant departments attended the seminar.
