Second, to focus on the development of green ecological agriculture. We have accelerated the construction of modern agricultural demonstration areas and agricultural product processing parks, and focused on building a number of green and ecological agricultural product production bases; vigorously cultivated leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization, and strived to build famous agricultural brands such as Chenzhou Fucha, Xiangnan navel orange (Yizhang navel orange, Yongxing Bingtang orange), Xiangjiangyuan vegetables, Linwu duck, Linwu grapefruit, Linwu taro, Dongjiang fish, Guiyang spicy soy sauce meat, Yuxiang food, Guidong Linglong tea, Rucheng fragrant selenium tea, Anren Chinese herbal medicine, etc.; vigorously developed the industries of organic vegetables, organic tea and organic tea oil, and accelerated the construction of five national key counties for vegetable industry, four national key counties for citrus industry and four national and provincial key counties for tea industry; actively developed high-quality and high-value flower and seedling, oil tea, traditional Chinese medicine, rosin collection and other industries to improve the economic benefits of forestry; focused on building 30 provincial four-star and above, 10 provincial five-star characteristic leisure farms.

Third, to accelerate the development of green service industry. We have expanded and upgraded the life service industry, vigorously developed the productive service industry, promoted the construction of modern service industry cluster, cultivated and developed new business forms and modes of service industry, and built it into a well-known leisure and holiday cultural tourism destination at home and abroad, a national mineral gem exhibition and trading center, a hot spring city in China, and a business logistics hub in southern Hunan. We have focused on the pilot construction of the comprehensive reform of the national service industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan, fully implemented the provincial government's policy of supporting Chenzhou to accelerate the comprehensive reform of the service industry, and highlighted the development of the green service industry represented by green cultural tourism, green catering, green logistics and green exhibition.

Fourth, to cultivate and expand the ecological health industry. We have comprehensively deepened the supply side structural reform of the health care for the aged service industry, fully opened the market of the health care for the aged service industry, accelerated the integration of health care for the aged with medical and health care, physical fitness, eco-tourism and primary and secondary industries, accelerated the construction of key elderly care projects in the central urban area, such as Xiaobu, Feitian Mountain, Xianling lake, Longnv, Shibaquan and Xishui health care town in Guiyang, and built an "ecological city" brand; vigorously developed such health care formats as hot spring recuperation and health care services, ecological summer resort health care and traditional Chinese medicine health care with outstanding characteristics and advantages, completed industrial chain and good prospects, and strived to build the health care industry into a new economic growth point.

Fifth, to promote energy conservation, environmental protection and new energy industries. We have improved the comprehensive utilization rate of resource recovery, and accelerated the development of energy conservation and environmental protection industries such as industrial energy conservation, comprehensive recovery and utilization of fly ash, desulfurization gypsum, comprehensive recovery and utilization of tailings, comprehensive utilization of smelting waste and self-produced hazardous waste, green remanufacturing, building and life energy conservation; optimized the industrial structure of solid waste recycling, improved the level of non-ferrous metal deep processing and comprehensive utilization, and formed a complete industrial system of solid waste recycling; done a good job in the operation and maintenance of wind power generation, biomass power generation and photovoltaic power generation projects, and improved the power generation efficiency; increased the distributed and efficient utilization of biogas, geothermal and natural gas, introduced and cultivated a number of new energy market players, and promoted the healthy development of new energy industry.
