Comprehensive utilization project of large industrial solid waste:

 

Chenzhou City has vigorously promoted the application of advanced and applicable technologies for comprehensive utilization of resources, strengthened the industry access and specification for comprehensive utilization of industrial resources, and constantly improved the level of comprehensive utilization of resources. Focusing on metallurgy, nonferrous metals, chemical industry, building materials and other industries, the city has implemented the "three wastes" resource utilization project of coal gangue, fly ash, smelting slag, chemical waste and other industries, and encouraged to support the harmless treatment and utilization of heavy metal smelting slag and the collaborative disposal of urban domestic waste by cement kiln.

Chenzhou City has accelerated the promotion and application of advanced applicable recycling technology and equipment, and carried out the pilot extension of producer responsibility in the fields of electrical and electronic products, focusing on the main renewable resources such as waste metals, waste electrical and electronic products, waste automobiles and construction wastes, and relying on the renewable resources standardization enterprises; has cultivated and built a demonstration base for comprehensive utilization of renewable resources, a circular economy industrial park and a "city mineral" demonstration base, relying on Yongxing Economic Development Zone and other leading enterprises such as Wanrong Technology and Jingui Silver Industry; has innovated the way of resource recycling and developed the new mode of "Internet +" recycling, supporting the use of Internet of things and big data to carry out information collection, data analysis and flow monitoring, encouraging renewable resources utilization enterprises to establish strategic alliances with internet recycling enterprises, expanding the business of electric business to the field of resource recovery, and extending the intelligent recycling machine to the Internet.

Chenzhou City has focused on supporting the comprehensive utilization of industrial waste water (liquid) with large production and serious pollution, implementing a number of industrial waste water and sewage treatment projects, improving the quality and multi-level utilization of industrial waste water (liquid), as well as advanced treatment and reuse. Our city has actively constructed the mine water treatment and reuse projects around the key mining areas; actively promoted the multi-level utilization and advanced treatment and reuse of industrial wastewater around the chemical, textile, paper and other industries; encouraged the park to build a unified sewage treatment and recovery projects, reduce the cost of comprehensive utilization of enterprise resources, and improve the level of comprehensive utilization of park resources around the small and medium-sized enterprise industrial zone formed by relying on the county's characteristic economy.

 

Comprehensive utilization project of industrial waste gas resources:

 

Chenzhou City has focused on supporting the large-scale and industrial development of comprehensive utilization of coalbed methane. Our city has actively implemented the recovery of sulfur dioxide from the flue gas of copper, lead, zinc and other non-ferrous metal smelting enterprises by ammonia absorption technology in the non-ferrous metal industry, and by-products such as ammonium sulfate and potassium sulfate, etc., developed and popularized the recovery of lead and zinc from the smelting flue gas sulfur dioxide by zinc oxide slag, encouraged the recovery and utilization of valuable elements in the smelting waste gas, and popularized the utilization of waste heat from the flue gas of non-ferrous metallurgical furnaces Technology; actively implemented waste heat power generation project of cement kiln and glass furnace in building materials industry; and widely promoted advanced and applicable technologies such as residual heat and pressure recovery and energy cascade utilization are in the chemical industry.
