2. Scale and place
The estimated scale for this expo is 30,000 square meters, including 1+1+13+11+N special stands and 400 standard exhibition stands.
The second floor is for special exhibition zone, standard exhibition zone and comprehensive service zone, which is mainly for the exhibition of the tourism image and products and other operational types of tourism. The outdoor north square is the zone for limo, sailing boat, cruise liner, and outdoor equipment (about 9000 square meters), and for Carnival (about 6000 square meters).
(1) Claims: all exhibitors should follow the requirements issued by organizing committee to set up and decorate their stands. Photo, text, video, model, real product and other ways are acceptable, especially for the high-tech and energy saving measures.
(2) Special stands: the key point for this expo is the theme image show for Hunan province, cities and districts. It will follow the model of “1+1+13+11+N” which refers to 1 tourism theme pavilion of Hunan province, 1 tourism theme pavilion of Chenzhou city, 13 tourism theme pavilions of other cities and autonomous prefectures of Hunan province, 11 tourism theme pavilions of the counties and districts of Chenzhou city, and N tourism theme pavilions which includes the pavilion of international tourist city, theme pavilions of Shaoguan city of Guangdong province, Ganzhou city of Jiangxi province, and other cities near Hunan province and Chenzhou city, comprehensive image pavilion of Hunan provincial key counties with special county economic and cultural tourism industry, comprehensive image pavilion of Hunan provincial strong tourism counties, comprehensive image pavilion of large scale tourism enterprises, and etc.
(3) Standard stands: this main body of the expo is mainly for the exhibition of tourism enterprises and their products, such as travel agencies, classic tourism routes of Hunan province, special tourism products of foreign countries and other provinces of China, and etc.
3. Zones
There are 9 zones for this expo, including greeting zone, tourism theme pavilion of Hunan province, tourism theme pavilions of cities and autonomous prefectures of Hunan province, other provinces and international pavilion, tourism industry pavilion, ecological tourism pavilion, counties and districts of Chenzhou city, and N tourism theme pavilions, experience zone of smart travel in Hunan province, outdoor travel equipment zone, and carnival zone.
