Yongle Town is located in the north of Anren County. Anren Railway Station is located in the north of Yongle Town. Heng Railway Anren Railway Station was opened to traffic on July 1, 2014 and ended the history of the impassable train in Anren County. It takes 1 hour and cost 12.5 yuan from Anren to the 70 km of northwest of Hengyang by train.

Yongle Town was named Yongan Town during county jurisdiction in the beginning, Chengxiang Town during the period of the Republic and renamed Chengguan Town in 1953. It belonged to the rocket commune in 1958, Chengguan commune in 1961 and returned to Chengguan town in 1984. The area was 24.1 square kilometers, 260 hectares of arable land and 3.15 million people. Anren County was merged with Qingxi Town, Heshi Country, Paishan Country, Junshan Country and Chengguan Town to establish the Yongle Town after approved by the Hunan Provincial People's Government on April 16, 2012. The town is named after the Yongle River that flows through the county.

The administrative area of Chengguan Town is the administrative area of original Qingxi Town, Heshi Country, Paishan Country, Junshan Country and Chengguan Town, with 45 administrative villages and 4 neighborhood committees, a total area of 358.74 square kilometers, the total population of 134,400 People, and the town people's government in the Wuyi North Road (the original people's government of Chengguan Town). The new Anren County has 5 towns and 12 countries after the adjustment of the new township administrative divisions.

Anren County Yongle Town Party committee and the government insist on the development ideas of "business rich peasants, industry rich town", adhere to the development principle of "pro-business, business, wealthy", seize and undertake the industry transfer and social construction opportunities of "Four modernizations and two types", optimize the service environment, and strengthen the service concept and investment. 19 projects were under the construction in the whole town, a total investment of 4590.9 million yuan, and 97522 million yuan has been in place as of October 2012. The project construction has led to the great development of the economy, enhance the comprehensive strength and optimize and upgrade the economic structure.
