It was learned from the working conference for the promotion of public resources trading that the integration of public resources trading platform would be finished before the end of this year in Chenzhou city and it aimed to realize electronization before the end of next June.

Till the end of this March, the integration work for three branches as land resources trading center, construction projects trading center, and government procurement trading center on businesses and staffs has been finished by Chenzhou municipal public resources trading platform. It also helped to handle the integration with property trading center based on the concept of “unified management, separate operation”. Drainage right, water right, pharmaceutical procurement, and some other items were covered into the trading platform gradually. In the meantime, the trading of government procurement, construction projects, and land and mine resources were becoming electronic, which greatly helped to improve the working efficiency by submitting relative files online.

It was stated on the conference the integration of public resources trading platform met the demands of comprehensive and deepening reform, so all departments should try best to promote the work on the consideration of reform development; should try to establish top level public resources platform based on high technology; should change the ideas to establish completely new supervision system of public resources trading; should unify the comprehension to enhance the leadership of public resources trading; should be aware of the significance of anti-corruption on the trading by establishing powerful anti-corruption mechanism.
