On August 23, Yang Diantao, head of Tobacco Production Infrastructure Construction Office of State Tobacco Monopoly Administration (STMA), led a delegation to Chenzhou City on a mission to inspect the Jiangyuan Reservoir and Jiangyuan-Siqing irrigation project. Deputy Manager of STMA Chen Jianghua and Vice Mayor of Chenzhou Chen Haiping accompanied Yang during this inspection.
　　

Jiangyuan Reservoir and Jiangyuan-Siqing irrigation project is a comprehensive water conservancy project for flood prevention and irrigation. In July this year, Chenzhou had officially applied to the related department for approval of its water engineering project in national tobacco industry.
　　

After the on-the-spot examination, group stated that the findings would be reported to STMA in Beijing.
