Dai Daojin, secretary of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee, attended a ceremony to celebrate the opening or completion of the city's major projects together with some municipal leaders on September 25, 2011.

The completed projects consist of Yizhang-Fengtouling Expressway, Minquan Road, refined processing of Chenzhou Mining and Metallurgy Co., Ltd. (a branch of Yunan Tin Group), reconstruction of Suoshi Road, etc.

The projects starting construction include Chenzhou-Yongxing Inter-city Avenue, renovation of shantytowns in Yizhang County's Meitian and Yangmeishan coal mine areas, parking equipment of Chenzhou Taian Smart Parking Equipment, and 220kV transmission in Guidong County.
