On the morning of October 19th, Party Chief of Chenzhou City Dai Daojin presided over the Standing Committee meeting of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee, laying out the preparatory work for the election of the Chenzhou Municipal People's Congress and the CPPCC Chenzhou Municipal Committee, as well as the preparation for the First Session of the 4th Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress and the First Plenary Session of the 4th CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee.
　　
It was made clear that the election of the Chenzhou Municipal People's Congress and the CPPCC Chenzhou Municipal Committee should be carried out in accordance with laws and regulations. Urgent and rapid deployment should be conducted to prepare for the election meetings.
　　
It was urged that the election should be under strict supervision, so as to improve the quality of the members of the Chenzhou Municipal People's Congress and the CPPCC Chenzhou Municipal Committee. Related departments at various levels in Chenzhou should meticulously make full preparations to guarantee the success of the meetings.
