On Oct. 31, Zeng Asi, a discipline inspector from the Hunan Discipline Inspection Commission, headed a working group to Chenzhou to review its implementation of the "Guiding Principles for Clean and Honest Administration".
   

Chenzhou took various measures to promote the document after its issuance, further improve the system on decisions of major issues, appointment of important cadres, arrangement of key projects, utilization of large amount of funds, and carry forward honest and clean report and reviewing work. Moreover, 11 inspection teams have been set up to conduct inspection in an honest and thorough manner.
   

The inspection group hailed the achievements Chenzhou made in carrying out the "Guiding Principles" and hoped the city will keep following it firmly and earnestly. It also urged that the city launch regular inspection of issues related to honest and clean administration, strengthen the execution of institutions and level of anti-corruption with science and technology, create democratic and transparent atmosphere, and serve people with the moral and decent work style of CPC to win their trust.
