With the completion of the Zhangshi Center Primary School in Guiyang County, Chenzhou City, a new small red flag is added on the distribution map of the 100 livelihood projects of this county, which marks another progress in promoting people's wellbeing.
Up till now, 200 out of 224 marks on the map have been labeled with such a red flag, representing accomplishment of 200 sub-projects and the rest 24 ones under smooth construction.
Based on the administrative division of the county, local government pays close attention to these projects and allocates 38 engineering projects to over 200 administrative villages in 39 townships. The supervision office also conducts monthly investigation and schedules the implementation of the projects. Responsibilities are clarified and specified to individuals according to time periods, so that all the projects can move forward in an orderly way within due time.
At present, 90 projects of the "100 Livelihood Projects" have achieved the goal for this year, and the rest have finished 80% of their annual objectives.
