On Nov. 30, Chen Xiaohong, deputy director of the Coordination Commission for "Two-Oriented" Construction & Reforms in Chang-Zhu-Tan Pilot Area, led a group to inspect the construction of "Two-Oriented" Society in Chenzhou.

Chen Xiaohong affirmed the achievements Chenzhou has made in the construction and suggested that Chenzhou should build a legal system for the development of  "Two-Oriented" Society in terms of system and mechanism, further highlight the guiding role of planning and the development of projects and industries regarding "Two-Oriented"Society, advance ecological environmental protection, increase financial support and form the philosophy of "Two-Oriented" Society in the whole society.

It is reported that the integrated region of Chenzhou-Zixing-Guiyang was approved as the provincial demonstration site of " Two-Oriented" Society construction in June of 2011, which is the second provincial level site in addition to Chang-Zhu-Tan pilot area.
