The first session of forth People’s Congress of Chenzhou opened on December 27th, 2011.

The congress members stepped into the assembly hall at 8:00 a.m. In the following 5 days, all the members will perform the right vested by the constitution and law to offer different suggestions for the development of Chenzhen city.

At the first beginning, acting mayor Qu Hai represented the municipal government to deliver the report on the work of the municipal government. In the report, he listed the work review of 2011, and offered some suggestions for next government, and also listed the main tasks for 2012.
