Director of industrial structure lab of industry institution of NDRC- Wang Yunping led the investigation team to inspect Chenzhou undertaking industrial transfer. The team visited Taiwan Weisheng electronics, Hunan 999 Nankai pharmacy Co., Ltd., Hunan grepow rechargeable specialist Co., Ltd. and Delta electronics Chenzhou non-ferrous industrial park, and Taiwan industrial park.

Li Ting- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou introduced Chenzhou’s improvement on the demonstration zone of national undertaking industrial transfer. 1.62 billion dollars paid-in foreign disbursement investment and 56.399 billion yuan actual domestic funds were reached in recent three years. Meanwhile, 9 provincial industrial park were established which propelled the zone to be the scale as a city. Furthermore, 40 billion yuan were invested to fulfill standard workshops with 6.20 million square meters, helping to attract 946 transfer enterprises to settle down in the zone.

From 2012 on, Chenzhou government will focus on the following four "Thousand Projects" to implement undertaking industrial transfer in three years: build standard workshops with more than 10 million square meters , introduce 1000 transfer enterprises, hit paid-in foreign disbursement investment with 100 million yuan, and reach industry added value with more than 100 million yuan. With these efforts, it would be helpful for Chenzhou to take the first place on construction of demonstration zone of south Hunan undertaking industrial transfer, and create a national undertaking industrial transfer demonstration city.

The investigation team highly appraised Chenzhou’s achievements on undertaking industrial transfer. They said, both the hardware and software of Chenzhou were qualified for undertaking industrial transfer. Chenzhou has advanced location advantage, clear development planning, featured industry projects and deep understanding of the problems occuring on the process of development. The team will deliver all the investigation reports to NDRC and try to help Chenzhou get more policy support on the undertaking industrial transfer.
