According to the working decision of Hunan government, the on-site conference of new rural construction will be held in Chenzhou city in the late October. On June 15, the mobilization meeting for this coming on-site conference was held in Chenzhou city to discuss the construction for the conference place.

The trips for this site visit will be from Luowei village of Zixing city to Xishui village of Guiyang county with about 60kms. Along this trip, there are 27 administrative counties. Tashui, Xiaobu and Sanhe in Beihu district, Heping, Baixi, and Shihe in Suxian district, Xishui in Guiyang country, and Banqiao in the export processing industrial park are the key points for this trip. “solution for construction of conference places for 2012 Hunan new rural construction on-site conference”was delivered in the meeting. According to the solution, from late June, there are 8 projects such as the house transformation, old house breaking, road construction, village greening, light installation of roads, sanitary, industrial development, and civilization upgrades. And all the work should be finished before October 10,2012.

He Wenjun, the member of Chenzhou Party Committee Standing Committee and Secretary-general of Chenzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC emphasized at the meeting that all the departments should sum up the working experience to forge new Chenzhou image and make good preparation for this on-site conference by figuring out the key point and focusing on the eight projects listed in the solution to greet the on-site conference with the first level of speed, achievements, and quality.
