Because of the downward macro-economic situation, the growth rate of Chenzhou industrial enterprises becomes slower under current situation. In order to reach the half year’s goal within half year and realize the whole year task on time, Qu Hai- Deputy Secretory of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou city took an investigation on industrial enterprises.

The first stop for this investigation trip was Huaxin Cement (Chenzhou) Co., Ltd., which produced 467,000 tons clinker, 465,000 tons cement from this January to May, and sold 441,000 tons cement with earnings of 133 million yuan. In 2012, two key projects were as follows: first, to build commercial ready-used concrete stirring station to extend the industry chain; second,to establish municipal garbage disposal project with the advanced bio-safety treatment processing engineering.

Once arrived at the enterprise, Qu Hai said: “We are now here to solve the problems for you to accelerate the development. We can quite understand that time is the efficiency for the enterprise.”

As for the land warrant, remove, transportation and other problems in the new projects construction, Qu Hai assigned the relative departments’ principals to solve it at the soonest time. The leader also added, all the departments should increase the working efficiency to solve the problems for enterprises and create a sound development environment. Meanwhile, the enterprises should ensure the basis of safety production, protect the environment and fulfill its social responsibility.

Yuteng Non-ferrous Metal Co., Ltd. – one of the top 100 and top 50 manufacturing industry of Hunan province, the eighth of top 100 Hunan private enterprises, the fifth of Hunan non-ferrous metal industry- was affected by the depressed condition of non-ferrous industry so that its income decreased a little compared to last year.

After listening to the comments and suggestions from the enterprises, Qu Hai addressed that the enterprises should propel the project construction and strengthen its ability with resources and technology advantages for fulfilling the year’s target. Meanwhile, departments should increase the supporting strength to accelerate the project construction, and should upgrade the working efficiency to support the development of Chenzhou non-ferrous industry by laying the foundation for the new three years of Chenzhou industrial transformation.
