On May 22, primary-level organization construction work promotion conference was held in Chenzhou, which summarized the work in earlier periods and arranged the work of the next stage.

Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee paid highly attention to the primary-level organization construction so that there was a monographic study of primary-level organization construction year handled by Chenzhou Municipal Party Standing Committee. Since 2012, all party organizations have kept propelling the work fast and well-ordered by the guidance of national, provincial and municipal committee's requirements. Recently, classification of Chenzhou primary-level party branches and training in rotation for the primary-level party branches secretaries have been completed, the activity of serving for people well promoted, and demonstrations bases of primary-level party organization construction propelled as well.

It is emphasized in the conference that the problems of primary-level party branches and party members should be successfully solved in this construction year by integrating the resources in the process. Primary-level branches scientific level should be improved by finding more methods and focusing on braches construction. The Party's development, education and management should be enhanced accordingly by holding different activities to improve cadres' working style, propel cadres' connection with people, and innovate party members' energy. The investment on primary-level organization construction should be increased by applying new methods to improve the organizations working condition. The method and experience of good campaign should be well summarized by innovating new mechanism and management to build the practical system and establish a long term mechanism for party construction work.
