On May 17, 2012, Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Mayor- Qu Hai visited Chenzhou non-ferrous industrial park (Chenzhou export processing park) and helped to solve the problems for the enterprise development and project construction.

In 2012, Chenzhou tries to propel enterprises into the market with all its strength. Now, two pre-public companies– Chenzhou Jingui Silver Co., Ltd. and Jinwang Bi Co., Ltd. are stepping into a critical period of entering into the market.

Jingui Silver Co., Ltd. reached a total income of 2.8 billion yuan in 2011, and 760 million yuan from January to April in 2012. Now, some of its equipment is under examination and repair which can bare full production once finished and the annual output value was strived to exceed 5 billion yuan this year. Jinwang Bi Co., Ltd. has finished the coaching cycle and now is in the period of of submitting listing materials. On April 27, 2012, State Administration Industrial and Commerce affirmed Jinwang logo to be Chinese well-known trademark. Now 4000 tons of high purity bismuth relocated project of Jinwang is in a hurry to stepping forward and will put into production at the end of this October with an estimated total output of 3 billion yuan. Qu Hai required that all departments should help to solve the problems for enterprises to create a good condition for its listing process; should settle the problems on the process of project construction for building a good environment of project improvement. The enterprises should further enhance the construction and accelerate the project speed; should pay attention to protect ecology protection, obey national laws and regulations, take social responsibility, create green enterprises, establish garden factories and forge the green, healthy and responsible enterprise image.

In the following symposium, Qu Hai stated out the following points after listening to the reports of enterprises that the main purpose for this investigation is to help solve the problems for enterprises and improve their development and is to manage the project construction and enterprise production to meet the time schedule and target set in the early 2012.

Qu Hai said, in 2012, the downward trend of the macroeconomic situation was so obvious that some of Chenzhou enterprises faced certain problems in their development. The first task for Chenzhou industry economy improvement was to cultivate big enterprises and big industries, so that all the departments should pay great attention to the enterprise development by cooperating together, should speed up the project construction and control enterprise production by concentrating time, strength and resources.

Qu also stated that government should practice policies well to help the enterprises become stronger and bigger. The relevant departments at all levels must be combined with the style of rectification, further providing quality services for the enterprise development.
